    1. Acceptance of terms

    By using the YNKCopitaspay website, WhatsApp bot, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. About the service

    YNKCopitaspay is an OTC peer-to-peer crypto exchange that helps users in Nigeria buy and sell cryptocurrencies (currently BTC and USDT) for Naira through WhatsApp. We are not a custodian, wallet provider, or financial advisor.

    3. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old.
    • You must be legally allowed to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction.
    • You must use only bank accounts and wallets that belong to you. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

    4. How trades work

    • Indicative rates shown on this website (BTC via CoinGecko ±4%, USDT at our fixed buy/sell rate) are for guidance only. The final rate is the one quoted in WhatsApp at the time of trade.
    • A trade is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on the rate, amount, wallet address, and bank details inside the WhatsApp conversation.
    • Crypto transactions are irreversible. Once funds are sent on-chain or to a bank account, they cannot be recalled. Always double-check details before confirming.
    • We aim to settle trades within minutes, but settlement times depend on bank networks and blockchain confirmations and are not guaranteed.

    5. Fees and pricing

    Our quoted price already includes our spread. There are no hidden fees from us, but you remain responsible for any blockchain network (gas) fees and any charges your bank may apply.

    6. KYC, AML and prohibited use

    You agree not to use the Service for:

    • Money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, scams, or any illegal activity.
    • Trading on behalf of a third party without disclosure.
    • Using stolen funds, hacked accounts, or sanctioned wallets.

    We may request KYC documents at our discretion and may refuse, delay, reverse where possible, or report any transaction we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or illegal.

    7. Risks

    Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. The value of your assets can rise or fall significantly in short periods. You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and that YNKCopitaspay is not responsible for any market losses.

    8. No financial advice

    Nothing on this website or in our WhatsApp conversations constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. Always do your own research or consult a licensed professional.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNKCopitaspay and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

    10. Service availability

    We aim to be available 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause trading during periods of extreme volatility, banking downtime, or maintenance.

    11. Changes to these terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    12. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
